Do you remember the first bet you ever made?
I was in junior high, 1969, and still have the five dollar bill on my desk. I bet the LA Lakers to make it farther than the Milwaukee Sox.

Can you tell me what your most memorable bet have ever been?
I used to go to Reno often, first Hern haggler? fight. For some reason I remember going to the sports book, it was an even-money bet. Played more money than I had ever put before. I was so nervous when that fight came around. I was so proud to win and I bought a car with those winnings.

How about the biggest bet you’ve ever made?
The bet was $24,000.

What is your favorite sport?
College football

What is your favorite team?
I don’t have a favorite team, I’ve been doing this for so long, and you stop having a favorite. Growing up it was the Oregon ducks.

Is there anything else you’d like us to know?
Some of my best memories were in Reno learning my lessons. Love Reno and going the journey of going there and learning. I have a lot of good memories. I really enjoyed all those years.
