• AWI Mfg., Inc. ("AWIM") is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Wagering, Inc. and is licensed as a manufacturer and distributor by the Nevada Gaming Commission.

Through its subsidiaries, AWI manages race and sports books and sells and services race and sports book computer systems.
